These are 3D anaglyph images I've created from the Library of Congress' online collection of historic stereographs (1850-1910). Most of them depict life in small Northeastern towns, although there are many views of New York City.
The Robert Dennis Collection is an incredible historical resource, and I am grateful to both the New York Public Library for making these photographs available and the Library of Congress for placing them online.
As time permits, I will be adding more images, descriptive titles and historical notes.
